BIO: Having owned property in Chatham for 35 years, Chuck and Elaine Dixon have achieved their goal of making it their permanent residence. A partner in the Worcester law firm of Milton, Laurence and Dixon, Chuck brings his legal expertise, human relations skills and negotiating talent to real estate.
Elaine, a former English teacher at Wellesley High School, has always had a passion for homes, decorating, and the real estate pages. She would study them with only slightly less intensity than the literature she was teaching. Now that avocation is a profession and she brings vision and enthusiasm to it.
The couple's three daughters, Ellen, Beth, and Amy grew up in Wellesley, but loved their summers in Chatham so much, two of them have bought second homes there. They want their own children to experience the same magical times that are available in a seaside town that oozes charm, a kind of "Norman Rockwell Americana", and provides opportunity for multigenerational gatherings. While there are many places to put your funds, Chuck and Elaine would love to help you find an investment on the lower Cape that is not just a good economic choice, but a priceless one.
